Months ago I mused that if I ever write a book I might title it "Justice in the kitchen: imparting a theology of justice to our children in bite sized chunks." We still have these amusing and difficult conversations at home. In fact, the other day Chris came home late and was asking about the night. I said, "Oh, we had a great conversation at dinner! We talked all about the Rwandan genocide."
He laughed. Really really hard.
But I thought it was wonderful. And normal. And part of my mission with the kids.
I love the title and meaning of this blog and still whole heartedly believe we are all broken and under construction! But I need a focus.
So, I will now be blogging over at www.justiceinthekitchen.wordpress.com in matters that relate to well, you'll see.
Join me if you share the desire to raise up a new generation of Jesus followers who are compassionate and active in living out the kingdom of God on Earth as it is in Heaven.
